1.5 Hour on 36 motions and on 1 hour up to the end.

Beginning of tours at 17.00. Last tour - December 16 at 12.00.
CONDITIONS of PARTICIPATION
WGM ELO > 2300 also are above received at the expense of the organizers with payment of residing and feed.
WGM ELO < 2300 and WIM ELO > 2300 are received at the expense of the organisers with payment of residing and are freed from payment of a tournament fee.
WIM:
ELO 2250 - 2299 pay a tournament fee 450 roubles
ELO 2200 - 2249 pay a tournament fee 600 roubles
ELO is lower 2200 pay a tournament fee 750 roubles
WFM:
ELO 2250 - 2299 pay a tournament fee 600 roubles
ELO 2200 - 2249 pay a tournament fee 750 roubles
ELO 2150 - 2199 pay a tournament fee 900 roubles
ELO is lower 2150 pay a tournament fee 1050 roubles
Chesswomen not having ranks of WIM and WFM:
ELO 2250 - 2299 pay a tournament fee 750 roubles
ELO 2200 - 2249 pay a tournament fee 900 roubles
ELO 2150 - 2199 pay a tournament fee 1050 roubles
ELO 2150 - 2199 pay a tournament fee 1200 roubles
ELO is lower 2150 pay a tournament fee 1350 roubles
Without ELO pay a tournament fee 1500 roubles
Prize fund:
First prize - 10.000 roubles
The prizes will receive not less than 15 per sent of chesswomen
The organizers guarantee prize fund at availability not less than 40th Chesswomen
The participation in tournament and residing should be matched to the organizers
not later on November 20, 2001.
Estimated cost of residing - up to 250 roubles. On October 31: 1 $ = 29,7 roubles
